HOPE Welcomes Nancy to the Team!

We are delighted to announce that Nancy has joined HOPE as the newest member of our dedicated team. Nancy will be working closely with us to provide vital support to families across South Yorkshire who have experienced the traumatic death of a loved one in a road traffic collision, fire, or drowning.

At HOPE, our mission is to ensure that no family faces these unimaginable circumstances alone. Nancy’s role will be central to delivering compassionate, practical, and emotional support through our peer support groups and outreach services.

Since joining us, Nancy has already brought incredible energy, enthusiasm, and positivity to the office. Her commitment to helping families navigate grief and find strength in community aligns perfectly with HOPE’s values.

We couldn’t be more excited to have Nancy on board, and we know she will make a meaningful difference to the families we serve.

Commenting on her new role, Nancy said, I’m truly honoured to join HOPE and be part of such an incredible team. Supporting families through some of the most difficult times in their lives is something I feel deeply passionate about. I look forward to listening, learning, and helping to make a positive difference.”

Charity Operations Manager, Maryann said, “Sadly, we continue to see more families coming to HOPE after having had a loved one killed in a road traffic collision, fire or drowning, so we need to expand our team to make sure that we have the capacity to help all the families who need our support. I’m sure that Nancy will prove to be a valuable member of the team. She has already shown that she is willing to dive straight in and get to work.”

Please join us in giving Nancy a warm welcome to the HOPE family! 💛
